redefiningCHAMPION
Coaching Philosophy, Program Vision, Personal Calling

The program will institute an intentional off-season program that highlights champions are created over time through consistent hard work and commitment. In addition to the traditional strength and conditioning that occurs in off-season programs throughout the country, this program will continue to emphasize the importance and relevance of academics as well as the development of family. We will continue to redefine champion to ensure success on and off the field. As coaches, our focus cannot waver; we must strive to continually develop returning players.
redefining CHAMPION through Off-Season
Although many want to be champions, they lose focus when they are not in the heat of battle. The redefined champion recognizes the importance of hard work in the off season in preparation for whatever lies ahead.

The areas which will be measured will be academics, community service and overall improvement in the off-season program. Off-Season: the Conclusion
As we build a program intentionally around the concept of redefining champion, we must remember champions are created over time. By creating an off-season program that goes beyond the weight room, we remind student-athletes of the multiple characteristics that define champion. By recognizing their accomplishments in many areas, we continue to ensure their holistic development. Commitment to their personal and athletic development out of season redefines champion.
